Mine has four 1/2" bolts, holding the rudder.

I having some problems with dropping the rudder. All four bolts are of. The edson tiller arm has two bolts that are stuck, i have tried with impact driver, hammer, blaster spray. The keyway had been removed. But i should be able to drop it a little anyway.

Should i removed the four bolts on the back wall? I have removed 3 and one had a bolt that turn instead of the nut.

When i look into the skeg area from below i see a bigger nut or bolt there as well. But that is just one of the bolts where i removed the nut of from in the lazarette ares

Four bolts on the vertical don't need to be removed. See if this helps.
