Posting nicknames

When I post a reply I show up with the nickname "able bodied seaman". This is not me. How do I change this?

Ha... that's your "ranking". It changes as you make posts. There is a thread in this section asking for suggestions on additional rankings.

Currently it's the first things that came to mind when I created the forum. Sort of a mixed set though. A little Navy, a little Racing.

Just be glad it's not calling you a "Scupper Trout"! Snicker

I like your calendar. But can I rub it in, we always have 0 days to sailing season now that we have moved to FL.

I have been watching for other T37s and have now identified 23 others in SW FL between Bradenton and Naples. It is a great boat for exploring the shallow bays and inlets.

I have a question on nicknames also. For some reason, I chose "redvette" when I signed on a few years ago... probably because at the time I owned a little red Vette and it was all I could think of right then. Anyway, I want to change my nickname. Do I have to get a new account? Thanks.

You should be able to change it in the User Control panel under Profile.

I've tried changing my nickname twice under Profile. It allows me to change just about everything but the nickname as far as I can tell.
