Have you considered Kiwi Grip? You can isolate one panel of non skid and apply the covering to monitor just that area for wear and stopping the intrusion of water. It would be worth a try. I realize that the afore mentioned casting a mold would not be suitable for an extensive repair as you show. Kiwi grip is very forgiving and easy to clean up. Very easy to re-apply as well.

Photos before and after. Repaired with MagicEZY.
Not sure how well this will work, but it's worth a try...

I would not rush into anything. I have owned my boat for 27 years and it has some hairline cracks that have never developed into anything. If the deck gets worse or spongy or you see something from the underside that looks like a leak, do something. I think it is very possible to overreact. You might try some Captain Tolley’s Creeping Crack Sealer (Yes that is a real product). I am not sure it does anything, but I have heard folks say it works.
FWIW.

I used the MagicEZY cream color to match my nonskid.
It's a bit shiny at certain angles in direct sun, otherwise I can't tell the difference.
I used an old sewing needle to clean out the cracks which surprisingly where not that deep. It comes in a very small tube and is around $27.00/ tube. Truly a band aid solution. There's a YOU TUBE VIDEO on this stuff.

My deck is sound, I'm hoping to keep water/ freeze thaw at bay this winter on the hard next to the frigid shores of Lake Superior.

Fair winds everybody.
Nick.
