I need a new mast boot for my 37 tartan. Can anyone tell me where I'd buy one. Thanks

Just go to West Marine (or order from Defender) the large neoprene white mast boot kit. You will need a couple very large hose clamps if you do not already have them to clamp it at the top and bottom.
A couple more tips for keeping the water out:
1. Use white electricians’ tape to seal the top edge.
2. When you have your canvas made, have a canvas cover made for this whole boot area as these boots deteriorate in the sun and look awful.
3. Don’t spend a lot of time gooing up the seam, just overlap where it meet the other end and put a dab of silicone in there.
4. Put a dab of silicone in the mast track at the top of the boot.
You might still get some moisture down the mast from the openings at the sheaves, but mostly your bilge will not get anything through the mast partners with this.
FWIW

I recall really wishing that I'd had a helper when I installed the mast boot. Sailing Specialties (Hollywood, MD) provides three sizes and a host of other marine products.
