I have this rubber material at my partner. Seems to work fine but not sure what the hell it is. Anyone have a McMaster part number or another suggestion on what to use?

Rig Rite last year sold me a very pricey piece of rubber that I guess used to be a helluva lot cheaper. It's perfect for the job, 2" wide 1/2" thick rubber with a lip that rides on the top of the partners and comes together at the back of the mast. Fits perfectly, closes the top of the partners all the way around except the very back. $259.00. It's what you want, but I felt like I was getting screwed when I bought it.

I have about a dozen wood mast wedges/chocks, more a traditional method. On the race boat we used Spartite, a very good product.
