Hello from SJOFN, formerly YOLO and long ago September Morn- hull# 041. My wife and I bought SJOFN 2yrs ago- after viewing the log of Rouser (Thank you Eric and Angela). We are in Bellingham, WA and the boat is nearby in Blaine, WA. Our challenge is sailing with two little kids (1 and 3) safely. Projects have included fuel tank pumpout and clean, injector service, adding cabin heat taken from the engine heat (coolant), cutlass bearing, adding a 17-18g holding tank, cushions. I would like to replace the dodger and the two aged midline hatches. I need to sign up for the assoc'n.
I appreciate that you have this forum- love the help it provides.

I do have a heavy removeable inner forstay on SJOFN- set up to hit the deck just aft of the manual windlass- and strapped to hull below decks- the po set it up to use with running backstays as well.

Welcome... I'm not shy, what's the name mean? And what did YOLO stand for?
I agree the Rouser tale is quite inspiring. Cool

September morn: Neil Diamond released this in 1979- makes me think there is probably one additional unlisted name for this boat as is was made in 1977.

YOLO: you only live once. We wanted the prior owner to get to reuse this on next boat.

SJOFN: Sjofn was the Norse goddess of marital bliss. She stopped fights between husbands and wives.
