Hi sailers; After owning a T27 for 12 years I bought my new T37 #310 (Eschaton) in 1981 and enjoyed it ever since. I even visited the Tartan factury in NC during its construction. Sail out of Mt Sinai NY ( Long Island Sound). Extensive East coast sailing including Maine, Bay of Fundy and even thru the Reversing Falls at St John, New Brunswick. The Forum looks like a great tool to discuss various boat topics. Keep up the good work. Ralph

Welcome, Ralph
I have hull 373 deep keeled version and have had her for 16 years. Sailed from San Francisco down through the Panama Canal and up to our summer home in Castine Maine in a two year cruise. I have become quite familiar with the old Westerbeke and many of the other systems during that trip. I was the harbor master there for a couple years, but I probably could learn a lot from you about Maine cruising. Hope you will join the Tartan Cruise to Maine which will stop in Castine in August. Would be interested in hearing about your visit to the North Carolina facility as I my boat was built there and I always wondered about that facility.
