Congrats. Frankly I didn't know there were 400 hulls. Thought the line ended just before that. So she's a young'un.
I'll see if I can't steal the captain's winter checklist and copy it for you. 23 layups so far and never a problem.

         System with hose
         Newspaper
         Paper towel

Fuel tank   Fill         Additive (5 oz)
               Paper towel
Winterize Engine         Antifreeze
Remove:    Burgee halyards   Stow below
      Jib furling line          ?       in drum   
      Main furling line       ?   below
      Mainsheet          ?   ?
Outhaul      Leave on boom
      Boom         Stow below
      Loran antenna          ?   ?
      Whisker pole          ?       ?      
      Traveler      Remove block
      Radios & Loran    Take home
      Cockpit seats          ?   ?
      Ladder             ?   ?
      Dodger             ?   ?
      Batteries          ?   ?
      Tartan Manuals       ?   ?            Thermometer on mast    Stow below

Secure:      Halyards to the mast
      Furler head & tack Jib & main
   
Disconnect   Wires at the base of the mast (07: Fix connector)

Take down & Pack up Dodger
