Hi,

I've had Adios for 3 years now, living onboard in Melbourne Australia—great to find the forum here!

Retired sailing the New England waters of USA.

Always nice to get a little international flavor. Glad you found us.

Welcome aboard mate.

We have had our T37 for 22 years. We sail the Chesapeake Bay in summer and winter down south in Bahamas. Down in the Bahamas the T37's are very popular, one harbor we had 6.

Everytime the admiral gets antsy about the boat and how she holds up to bad weather, I remind her about people like Ross who are in AUSTRALIA with a Tartan 37. I don't know if they were shipped there or arrived under their own power but knowing that three that I know of are "Down Under" makes the Admiral more secure. Very Happy

There are actually four T37s in Australia at the moment. Rani (#9), Adios (#301) and Kleine Vis (#479) have all checked in recently while Orion (#205) is listed for sale and lying in Arlie Beach in Queensland. I know that Orion sailed over about 4 years ago (we tried to buy her then) while the previous owner shipped Kleine Vis over here about 7 years ago.
