This is what I did, I made a pattern, bought 1/4" teak and holly plywood, epoxied the back and sides, sanded the old teak floor and screwed and glued any loose spots down. Then I used 5200 and glued the new floor over the old one. I took the old teak trim off around the floor boards and made new ones 1/4" bigger to match the new floor. I also made a small 1/4 round trim to go around the rest of the floor
I have had alot of compliments on how it looks.

My T37 sole is getting very "unattractive" also. I remember a thread on this a few years ago where someone said if you are careful, you can sand the floor (no deeper than 1/8" I think) and then put new urethane over it. Apparently the T&H strips will still show up the same. A friend of mine did that on his Bavaria 35 and it looks very good. He learned though, that you have to make sure to sand equally all around. He found that he sanded differently within an inch of the bulkheads and other verticle panels and in those areas, the floor was a half-shade lighter, but still looked very good overall.
