This is what I used for making hot/cold/wet plugs for the dorades:

The plugs are standard mechanical stop plugs for 4" plumbing and the filters are three part with a screw on frame and snap-on cover that goes over the foam.

All you have to do is to route the teak trip panel opening to 4" and snip out the web on the 120mm computer case-fan filter holder bottom piece.
