One place to start would be to get a Sail-rite catalog. They retail canvas/sail sewing machines, all kinds of materials and parts, etc.

Sticker shock on canvas work finally motivated me to buy one of their machines. I have done a few little projects and repair work. Not many years out and I'll be replacing cushions; plan to purchase their instructional dvd on the subject and give it a try.

We had ours re-done about 7 years ago and it was around $2700 for everything and a high-grade material, standard 4 inch foam.

I replaced all our our interior cushions using Hester Upholstery, 369 McCoy Rd., Lexington, NC 27292, (704) 249-0140. Hester worked at the Tartan factory in North Carolina in the 1970s making the original cushions for the T37. He'll use whatever fabric you'd like, but his best prices are on fabric made by Greenhouse Fabrics in High Point, NC. Price in March 2006 was $2,600 including shipping to Arkansas, but only the foam in the V and Quarter berths needed replacement. Note foam prices have increased considerably the last year or so. Jay.
