I'm thinking about changing out my vents for solar ventilators. While researching online there appears to be a lot of bad reviews, that the Nicro and Marinco solar vents have recent issues with their motors burning out less than a year of service. Apparently the older model ventilators lasted for years. Any comments before I shell out over $300.00/ pair would be greatly appreacited.
Regards,
Nick.

I have two 3"s installed forward of the mast and run both on exhaust. Agree not a lot of air flow, but does help in the head. Mine are two years old. You may need to change the battery. One of mine I bought off Ebay, I had to fix the wiring. They look good and fit like they belong.
