The 3 blade FoF does stop and reverses a little better than the 2. The 2 blade was 17-13-2RH and was ordered for my old 41hp motor, with 2.14 gear. I used it with the Beta 35, with 2.14 gear. Forward the 2 blade was very effective. The 3 blade is much smoother and is a 17x11-3RH. If reordering I would maybe go with a 1 inch more pitch. I like being a little over pitched. I also like folding vs feathering, because when sailing there is less chance to hang a pot.
