Replacement Head Faucet w/diverter

I'm thinking of replacing the faucet with shower diverter in my head. Can't seem to find any with 4" mounting and made out of metal similar to the original.
Does anyone know where to get one. The RV suppliers have a few, but they're all plastic.

I replaced mine with a Scanvik faucet and even though it has some plastic on it, it seems to fit in. I also tiled the countertop in the head to be able to shift the cut-out holes in the counter:

Thanks Tom. If I can't find a direct replacement, I will probably use the same approach as yours.
