I'm planning on replacing my mast head light this Spring. I would like to know what I'm up against before I buy the light and take a trip up the mast. For those who have their mast unstepped, could you take a picture for me and email it to me back channel?

Thanks.

Not confusing at all - very helpful. I plan on installing the same tri-color mast head light and my ws/wd sensor (Raymarine?) is probably installed the same way. Looks like I'll need a bracket like yours.

Thanks.

Looks to me that Tartan used two different masthead arrangements here. Would require different stuff.

My 1977 model is like Timshel's, with maybe a slight variation but extremely close.

Looking at Shawn's pics, it looks like he has internal halyards ? Mine are external. Bruce.

My halyards are all internal, so does that make three different types of mast head fittings???

My halyards were external and I converted them to internal, nice upgrade. One less thing beating the mast.
