Yes there are some issues with expanding the size or the aft 2 portholes. I created my Starboard spacer first and then used it with a plunge router to cut the hole. I would love to send photos but the boat is still wrapped up for winter (Feels a lot more like spring this week). If you are handy with a router then it is fairly easy and well worth it. NFM will probably send you a paper outline of their spacer for the larger size to lay out on the hull to help you plan it out. The hardest part of the whole job was removing the old ones
