Just adding a couple to the list...

OK, This hasn't actually died YET. But my mainsheet fiddle block (the one on the traveller) has cracks showing up in the lower pulleys. I've ordered a Harken replacement for it so I can replace it before it fails.

If you get one with a becket and add another single block, you can add another purchase.

Well, actually, I got a new block with a becket for the aft boom block. The normal attachment point for the end of the mainsheet was gone when I bought the boat. Just has a bowline tied around the boom to secure the bitter end. Makes removing the mainsail a real PITA. It looks like the original attachment corroded and pulled free. Don't know for sure. But the Admiral agreed that the aft block was the better choice as it hangs out from the sailcover unlike the forward block and so might be ready for replacement.

Sounds like you should add another boom bail. It's stronger and all the blocks will then have the same attachment. I did this this several years back, same thing happened.

Looks like the port water tank is cracked around the fittings. Going to replace vise repair, with West G-flex. Ronco B470 is an exact match, but no baffles. The tank is a pain to pull. Cut glass in back against the hull and remove all the screws. Lift top plywood and then cut away the foam. Replaced hoses and reinstall.

I spent a long time rubbing silicone sealant into the crack and around my cracked fitting with the fitting removed, then more silicone when I screwed fitting back on. Didn't over tighten to make sure didn't open cracks too much. Then massaged more silicone. I know it's not permanent, but that was September and no leaks yet while we've been live aboard cruising Florida and the Bahamas. Figure I'll eventually have to replace, but who knows how long this repair may last. Just a thought in case you want to try.
