Appears that our 1982 vintage water heater should be replaced this coming winter. I've seem suggestions to fit new ones in via the stbd side cockpit locker and also via the panels between the port side quarter berth and the engine (involving removal of parts of the cooling system), but cannot find them on the T37 site. Am eager to hear from anyone that has experience doing this or can help me find the online information.

I replaced my water heater, a round shaped, appox 10 gallon monster. I ended up taking it out via the port access doors and out of the cabin entryway. I did try the starboard side first but couldnt squeeze it past the cockpit setee door. I bought a square shaped, approx 5 gallon heater, easy to install and quite addequate. Carl
