Hi, I had to remove the centerboard in the water and I will put it back on the hard soon. What size is your pennant and do you know the length? Mine had a 10mm line. I tried with a 14 mm , but that is too thick.

I'm going to connect the line with a shackle and a thimble to the centerboard "eye, ring" or whatever it is called.
Also a double tubing (maybe 40-60 cm long) so the line doesn't move between the centerboard and the side of the centerboard anymore. Sounds okay?

Oh. How should I secure the tubing around the pennant? With hose clamps?

I haven't done this myself but the manual calls for the pennant to be 3/8" if that helps. I would think 10mm would work?

I didn't use anything to secure the hose. Think my was 18".
