1)Has anyone removed the prop shaft on a T37 Can it be done with that removing the rudder?
2) is there enough room to push the shaft aft to remove the stuffing box and hose .

Possibly if you can get the cutlass bearing out you will have room to pull the shaft.

You can remove the stuffing box and it's hose without removing the rudder. Do need to get the coupling off, and sometimes that's not easy.

I've pulled the shaft twice, both times with rudder removed. Could drop strut or pull cutlass and remove stuffing box. Most yards have a tool to pull the cutlass bearings.
