Boom, spreaders, cockpit cubbies, winch mounts and maybe cut the overhead liner stuff. I don't know why these load upside down.
Boom gets re-assembled, end piece re-inserted after sheave installed for wire outhaul and car back on track. Back to the boatyard and out of the garage. Nana got a sailrite sewing machine and wants her huge sewing table back.
Spreaders get re-assembled and back to the yard.
Cockpit cubbies wiped down get sanded, a little dremeling, west system, fiberglassing -got me one of those narrow handheld belt sanders from Harbor Freight -close up unneeded holes and gaps- wipe down with the Interlux fiberglass wash one more time, sand nicely, blow off, acetone wipe, tack rag, put on a coat of 1 part Epiphanes primer that stands up to their 2-part polyurethane. Sand it, finish paint the cubbies with white 2-part. Ditto the mast and boom winch standoff mounts that are "silver" painted.
Once this is all done and the other side of the mast is finished, mast gets re-stepped so I can figure out my freakin' deck hardware layout.
I still haven't bit into the traveler yet. Doug Garhauer needs it to build the new one, put the bolt holes in the right places. I'm going to have him go with 5/16ths on the long end bolts and make me a couple custom backing plates. The rest into the sea hood can be 1/4" I've got exactly ONE bolt out. Need a better fitting bit for the impact driver. Broken several so far.
What else . . . oh, might as well craft the fairings to screw on the skeg. I'll bottom paint all the inaccessibles beforehand and the back side of the fairings before mounting. I'll figure out the minor curve, maybe run to the boatyard and put the contour tool on it just to get it right. What else . . . oh yeah, I've got the overhead panels (the white sticky ones) home and the identical material from Home Depot. I'm going to trace and cut those and set them aside. Several days of hard rain predicted, unbearable humidity. Paint little stuff maybe, but no major paint projects.

File comment: Spreader bits and the bails to go back on. Don't remember which end the big bolt bail goes on. Have to see if I even looked or photoed it. Most of this stuff I take apart, bag and force myself to remember where it goes. Takes too long to catalog everything.

File comment: Port and starboard cockpit cubbies after a bath. Nana's at camp with the kids, so I commandeered the bathtub. Nasty.
