Brushed only. Paint was mixed, I had to run 20 miles to use it, and I didn’t have any more foam rollers in the garage. 2 part poly does NOT like to be brushed. But most of my teens and 20's were spent on steeples and staging doing specialty painting. You just have to keep a vision of the coating of whatever you are using in your head. This is as thin as I could do with a cheap bristle brush, but it and the spreaders look great. The mast LOOKS good from a distance, but one of the foam rollers I got at Hamilton Marine broke down a little and left some ragged feeling spots. 320 wet/dry and a quick once over will cure that. This paint is like iron.
