I plugged into Baja Naval shore power in ensenada, Mexico and the reverse Polarity light came on in the panel. Does anyone know how the light works? I took my multimeter to the shore power outlet and tested hot to ground has 120V. Neutral to ground has about 4.5V. Does this circuit just look for any ground to neutral voltage? I ruled out the shore power cable because I hooked it up to my Honda generator to see if it would work and it did.

Anyone have a schematic? Or any thoughts. As of now we aren't plugged into shore power and are just using solar and batteries.
