Scott,

We have had problems with the caps leaking. We now grease them with a white grease and no more leaks.

We have had leaks at fittings. Easy fixes there.

This year we had a leak from a crack in one of the fill lines. This required inserting a plastic nipple after cutting the line.

FYI, a hot air gun really helps mating these random sized tubes with the random sized fittings. There is nothing so frustrating as trying to fit up boat plumbing as there doesn't seem to be any standards. Just carefully heat the tubing until it softens and them jam it together and tighten up the clamps. My heat gun was well worth every penny.

Thanks Jerry,

Ironically, I figured out that just really tightening up the caps essentially solved my issues. I'll try the white grease idea.

On the other suggestions, I hope I don't need them but I'll keep in mind.
