antifreeze block drain

I would like to drain, flush and change the antifreeze on my westy 40 but can't seem to locate the petcock to drain the block. Anyone know where they hide it or is there just not one on the block. I see a knurled knob just in front of the dipstick, could this be it??

There's two petcocks, one is on the oil cooler and one is on the heat exchanger - one of them does the antifreeze, don't remember which one. If you go to Torresen Marine there is a good parts breakdown on the W40.

Most efficient is just to find the lowest point in the hoses and then disconnect. As I recall there is a hose at the bottom of the heat exchanger which is the lowest point. Trick is getting the air out when you refill. Check it often in the first few hours.
