FWIW, since replacing my engine mounts, and re doing the engine alignment, that annoying leak from the rear gasket has stopped, at least to the point that I haven't seen anything for a week?

I read in the manual where it mentioned the alignment and referenced rear oil leak Question

We switched this year from 15-45 fleet diesel oil (Shell) to HD 30 Wt (Shell) and the leaking has flat out stopped.
We have the 4-108 with ~2700 hrs.
