We tried to find an antifreeze leak for years. Several hours after using the engine antifreeze would accumulate around the rear engine mounts and dribble into the bulge. Finally the leak became large enough that we found it. We removed the heat exchanger, which appeared to be intact. At home we taped up all the holes, put compressed air in it and sprayed it with soapy water. We found bubbles along the body of the heat exchanger showing a hairline crack that was almost invisible.

I replaced mine a few years ago with Mr Cool aftermarket one, works great, run much cooler now. You repairing or replacing?
