Would love to get some (adjustable) cleats for my genny track. The Schaefer Midship T-Track cleat worked great on my 30 Sabre but don't know if the Scheafer 1 1/4" track cleat is compatible to the T37 track. Any input would be appreciated.

I don't know either but have been wondering how to install mid-cleats also with out bolting cleats in the middle of the side decks. Keep us posted on what you learn or figure out.

My biggest concern of using the genny tracks are the stresses applied. At least when you apply wind/force to the track under sail, the boat gives and moves in response.

I got two of them (if memory serves, there are two sizes; I bought the larger). I can't imagine not having them available. I use large dIameter (1") docklines, so only one line to a
cleat. Probably should have four of them: I've been moving them from port to starboard as needed. The track is certainly strong enough for 99.9% of scenarios.

For what it's worth, the spinnaker track is through bolted with 5/16" bolts and it is plenty strong enough for spring lines and general docking lines.
Below is a picture of our mid-ship arrangement. I bought the chocks through Tartan and then cut out a section of toerail, through-bolted the chock then installed a cleat close enough to a stanchion base as a protection against toe-snubbing. Of course, you need access to the underside when through bolting, so plan accordingly.

Nice installation - one wonders why Tartan didn't do this when the boats were being built and it was easy to get the through bolts secured. Oh well...

I installed one of these http://www.spartanmarine.com/catalog.html (the C212 model) and it works great.

I added the larger sized Schaefer track cleats on both sides on the outboard tracks, very robust as is the track.
