Do we need a section for Racing? Tom and I were exchanging a bit of Racing rhetoric and I was thinking... this should be in the forum.

I would agree. We race our Tartan and are successful. The Tartan is a performance boat and should be raced. I know I have a few tips for others, and I know you have some for me.

Let's do it.

I dont do much racing but Im always interested in how to go faster. We live on our boat Cheers and she is so heavy that getting 5 kts from her is a work of art. Ive had her going 8.5 but I did not like the way the rigging was being worked. Im more like the turtle than the hair Moon
