I'll be sailing from the Chesapeake Bay to the Antilles, leaving mid November. I need to be @ St Johns by Xmas; if the wind serves, I may sail as far south as the Grenadines and work my way back north to be in the Virgins for Christmas. The boat is (naturally) a Tartan 37 with Monitor vane gear and electric pilot, new standing rigging, life raft and a skipper (me) whose done a good deal of this sailboat stuff. E-mail, message or call (434 962 5538) if you've any interest in crewing. Regards-'Doug "conch" LongI

Jealous! I wish I could get the time off. I've done Chesapeake to Lauderdale/Freeport back when I was a young, nimble midshipman. I would be a dream to do it on a T37.
Good luck on your crew quest and your voyage.

Prior plans the week of November 19th. This is the second trip I've missed out on. Friends of ours are moving their Gozzard 44 from Freeport, TX to Punta Gorda, FL. The Admiral just drools when she looks at it but remembers how our boat fits us so well.

The Gozzard line is certainly eye candy, and you can have one of the 44's for the price of our T-37 plus, say another $700,000+ .............no problem.
