I've poked around some internet stores that customize ball caps. Haven't found that sweet-spot quite yet that has the proper colors, decent font, good hat for stock, and a reasonable price at a medium quantity.

If I do find forest green with gold on a nice well made slouch hat, I'd be happy to play warehouse. Once we make a run, you know they'll continue to sell for years.
Fonts are negotiable since we can just do an image of any text. Ideally I'd like to see T37 logo up front with Tartan37.com possibly in that design. Then Tartan37.com on the back or side.

Question... gold with forest green print? Or Green hat with gold print? Or maybe a little of each once we find the right deal.

I like the green with the gold print......could it be possible to customize with the boat name on the back? If we pull together a large order for the first run, I would think a hat shop might go for it. I am good for at least 2, but would probably go for 4 hats.

I can tell you this, when you start customizing each hat its going to cost $$$

The main reason for this is because they have to set up the machine each time. If they print 50 of one type of hat the cost will be significant.

What I may be able to do is get a couple different types of hats, or color combinations...Green with Gold, Sand/Tan with Navy Blue, etc but maybe the first run we go with something most people like...whicj sounds like forest green hat with gold letteriing. T37 logo on the front and Tartan 37.com on the back.
