If the hat is green you have extra play in the color. There are some pre-faded green caps that would look fine. As long as it's not the neon or kelly green.

100 Hats makes it $20 per on CustomInk with image front, text back. 50 makes it $24. That's just for example.

I slapped one together but of course this place didn't have decent green hats so it's reversed. And the front image could have Tartan37.com incorporated into the image with the proper font. Then maybe we could even skip the back printing if folks want it cheaper. But I'd expect to pay up to $25 for a low volume hat.

I'll have to look up my old boss and his wife to see if she still does embroidery. She once made us High Flight shirts as a thank you for a sail.

I'll take 2 of whatever but would throw out there the idea that was mentioned on page 1 of this thread of a "cap" vs. a "hat". Sometimes hats can have a boxy fit and be a bit stiff where as a cap is more form fitting to the (balding) top of head. Regardless, I'll take a couple of whatever gets decided upon. Thanks for the effort.

We're sailors, not truckers. I think it goes without saying that a non-structured low profile hat is the way to go. (normally termed a "slouch" hat.)

I like the low-profile as well, otherwise I look like Choo-Choo-Charlie Snicker

I am having the monogramming shop mock up two logos on some cloth, both logos will be done in a sort glossy gold on a green hat, I think a somewhat faded hat. I will post pictures once the mock up is completed.

I am also interested in offering a tan hat with blue visor with blue colored logos.

See attachments for the logo I am having digitized, the top would be on the front, about 1.5" and the bottom one on the back of the hat, about .75" height

I like this one with the celtic "37" which, if I'm not mistaken, you made.

Your AI file is still on the old thread.

I vote for a tan hat with green stitching, but will buy several of the T-37 hats.

At one point I had digitized the T37 logo with the Celtic 37 and think I sent it to Tom?, or someone. Unfortunately I no longer have the file or the SW to recreate it as a .AI or .EPS file that the embroiderer would want.

Shawn, if you need any assistance feel free to PM me so we can talk.
