USPS is always cheapest for us, they don't rip you off at the border like UPS,

I am staying at a B&B Friday through Sunday, so whenever it's best for you! I may not get to Annapolis until later on Friday, but it should be before 6.

Before I post the new thread I need some thoughts on how to best sell and ship these things Rolling Eyes

I looked into Standard Rate shipping with USPS but its seems costly and they don't have the right size box/envelope anyway, so thats out.

I think USPS 1st class would be the least expensive and fastest way to ship because the hats don't weigh much, 3 oz +/-. I should be able to ship 3, maybe 4 hats at a time, or up to 13 oz. per USPS guidelines. The is the same within the USA, just varies by weight. I could post a cost per hat including shipping and handling instead of everyone trying to figure out each shipment cost? I would have to include the price of the hat, shipping, handling (padded envelope).

I have a PayPal account, however I have only ever used it to purchase. I upgraded to the premium account type but what do I need to post so you can make a payment? Their website is not very clear to me Frustrating

Thoughts suggestions appreciated

Chef, dont forget to add enough to each bill to cover you for the Paypal 'merchant fee' charge, around 3% I think, Bruce.
