Here's a link to a Sailnet posting concerning the 33:
http://www.sailnet.com/forums/boat-revi ... -33-a.html

From the deck view, there is a similar feel between the two boats, but down below, the galley size and work-a-bility is a big difference with the 37 being the better of the two: bigger ice box, double bowl sink, more storage behind the stove etc. The 37 also has a lot more tankage, so if you are planning any distance voyaging, the 37 may be worth the extra money. Just doing a preliminary search on Yachtworld, I came across prices for the 33 from around 18k through to the high 30's for a model in very good condition. The 37 will run from around 40k through to around 65-70k for one in good condition. Whichever model you choose, you will need to invest some $$ in upgrades, but this can be done over a period of time to sread out the pain.
Both boats have respectable displacement length ratios with the 37 being higher: 40% +/- for the 33 and 48% for the 37. The 37 has a foot more beam and a bit longer making the interior a bit more livable. I guess it comes down to what you want and what you want to spend, but I don't think you could go wrong with either.
