I (www.dieseldawgyachtcare.com) just removed a fairly nice W50 from a T37 and replaced it with a 44b. Owner plans to do a extended cruise so he decided to repower. W50 has less than 2000 hours on it. In the past year it's had all the injectors rebuild, a new head gasket, heat exchanger cleaned etc. Comes with a 2.14:1 Hurth gear which was not the original. A new oil seal is on order. Engine will be ready to ship shortly after I get the new seal. It looks and runs great!
$3500 plus shipping costs.

I still have this engine as of April 18, 2009. It's been reconditioned and test run for 3 hours. Perfect for a Tartan 37.
