Tom Wells tells me the book is ready and printing will begin soon. Order one today! No need to be in the association. This will be a great testament to the fine work of S&S and contains history and stats. (and I think an interview with the remaining S of S&S?)

So even if you're not in the book, it would be a great thing for your coffee table at home or in your starboard side book rack.

Mike,

The book is finally finished and invoices will go out around March 1. Printing will commence in early April and they'll be sent out to buyers as soon as we receive them.

Based on the publishing cost and the orders received to date, the book price per copy is $55, and there is a $5 shipping charge for a total of $60. If we get a bunch of new orders by March 1, the cost could go down, but I won't know until that date.

The book is 128 pages long, in color, printed on 80# gloss, hard covered. In other words, it's a high-quality end product.

They can contact me directly at sailing_fool@mindspring.com to place orders. I'll need their name and mailing address, but they do not need to send any deposits at this time. They'll get an invoice for the full amount.

Thanks
Tom

All invoices for the Tartan 37 Commemorative Book have been sent, and if you ordered you should have yours by now. If you have not ordered, there are still copies available. Printing is to start in early April, and we need to collect the payments and pay the publisher.
